Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader who can generate lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets by developing the sales strategies and monitor performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide sales representatives
• Set sales targets and track progress
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations
• Collaborate with management on strategy

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
