Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Assist team members with closing deals and resolving customer issues
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews
• Report sales metrics to management
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
