Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives. The role involves setting targets, tracking performance, and helping the team achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
• Assign sales targets and ensure team performance
• Monitor daily sales activities and reports
• Support the team in closing deals
• Train new team members on products and sales techniques
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Report team performance to sales manager

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
