Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Set sales targets and monitor performance
- Provide training and support to team members
- Handle customer issues when needed
- Prepare and share sales reports
- Build and Maintain strong relationship with customers
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
