Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for promoting company products/services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Assist team members in generating leads and closing sales.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members.
  • Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated queries.
  • Prepare sales reports and share updates daily.

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
