Job Summary:
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for promoting company products/services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Assist team members in generating leads and closing sales.
- Conduct training sessions for new team members.
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated queries.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates daily.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
