Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead field sales operations, manage a team, and drive business growth in the Nagpur market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

  • Plan and execute daily field sales activities

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance

  • Support the team in lead generation and deal closures

  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (team handling preferred)

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Field-oriented and target-driven mindset
