Job Overview:

The Sales Team Leader manages and guides a small sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
• Support team members in closing sales
• Ensure sales targets are achieved
• Train new team members
• Prepare basic sales reports

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
