Role & responsibilities

· Hiring and training of competent Leaders

· Selling potential Leaders on a job opportunity during recruitment

· Make sure Leaders receive adequate instruction on the product, rules, and other selling inputs.

· Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of daily activity tracking Leaders

· Providing needs-based training and motivating Leaders in order to retain the performing leaders while paying special attention to average performers.

· By going to client meetings with the leaders, impart product and practical training.

· Directing them towards reaching revenue goals and the sales funnel.

· Responsible for generating sales and achieving corporate goals

Preferred candidate profile

· Bachelor’s Degree in any stream

· Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)

· Strong Communications Skills

· Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

· Leadership and team management skills

· Customer-oriented
