We are looking for an experienced  Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives. The role involves team handling, target achievement, field execution, and supporting the team to drive consistent sales performance in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage a team of field sales executives
Plan daily field activities and route plans for the team
Drive individual and team sales targets
Support team members in lead closure and customer meetings
Monitor field performance, productivity, and discipline
Train and motivate the team for better results
Develop new customers and strengthen existing relationships
Track market trends and competitor activities
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
Prior experience in team handling is preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹4.00 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
