Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for direct customer interaction, promoting products in assigned territories, and expanding the customer base through on-ground sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers and prospects in assigned areas
  • Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits
  • Generate new leads and close sales
  • Collect payments and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Submit daily visit and sales reports
  • Build strong customer relationships

Qualification & Experience:  

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.   
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.   
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.   
  • Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals.   
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
