Job Summary :
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving insurance business growth within the assigned territory through the agency distribution model.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency advisors/agents to drive consistent business growth.
- Support advisors in lead generation, client meetings, and closing life insurance sales.
- Monitor advisor performance and provide regular training, motivation, and sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the agency network.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with ability to work in field sales.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and agency channel.
