Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced sales team leader to oversee our agency channel sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and creating strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve team goals.
• Monitor team progress, providing regular feedback and support.
• Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and capabilities.
• Foster strong relationships with agency partners to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
