Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional sales growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Set sales goals, objectives, and strategies for the team.
- Conduct sales performance analysis, provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Identify and mitigate sales risks, resolving customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of core sales or marketing or business development experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business, Marketing or sales related field.
