Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional sales growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Set sales goals, objectives, and strategies for the team.
  • Conduct sales performance analysis, provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Identify and mitigate sales risks, resolving customer complaints and concerns.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of core sales or marketing or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business, Marketing or sales related field.
