Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional sales growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
– Set sales goals, objectives, and strategies for the team.
– Conduct sales performance analysis, provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
– Monitor sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies.
– Provide regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations.
– Identify and mitigate sales risks, resolving customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
– 2+ years of core sales or marketing or business development experience.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
– Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
– Bachelor’s degree in any Business, Marketing or related field.
