Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to guide and mentor a team in promoting life insurance policies. You’ll be responsible for driving client acquisition, retention, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• CTC Package upto:3.20LPA
• Age Criteria:21 to 38.
