We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and drive business growth within a designated area. In this role, you will manage and develop a network of high-performing agents, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train agents to build a strong sales team within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase agent productivity and achieve both monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure agents are performing at their best.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to support agents in reaching their sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to devise strategies to drive business growth.
