We are looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and drive business growth within a designated area. In this role, you will manage and develop a network of high-performing agents, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train agents to build a strong sales team within the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase agent productivity and achieve both monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure agents are performing at their best.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support agents in reaching their sales objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and industry regulations in all sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to devise strategies to drive business growth.
