• Guide and support a team of sales advisors to reach their goals.
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with advisors and clients.
• Find, hire, and train new team members.

• Make sure customers receive excellent service and stay satisfied.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Age: 23 to 39 years.
• Must be a local resident or from the home town.
