Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and sales efforts to meet targets in your designated area.
- Foster lasting relationships with agents to provide ongoing support and growth.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs to help agents achieve their sales goals.
- Analyze agent performance and provide feedback to improve strategies for success.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or managing agency relationships.
- Must have a valid bike and driving license for fieldwork.
- Preference for local candidates with a strong understanding of the regional market.
- Open to graduates from all disciplines with a strong interest in recruitment and sales.
