The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for driving business growth in a designated region. This will involve recruiting, training, and leading a team of skilled financial advisors to meet sales objectives and foster success within the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor financial advisors to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve desired sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; modify strategies based on performance assessments.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to ensure optimal team performance.
- Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and track competitor activities.
- Equip agents with effective tools and strategies to target high-value customer segments.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have completed Graduation.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing across any industry.
- 3+ years experience in native or residential.
- Proven success in meeting sales goals and leading teams.
- Strong leadership capabilities to drive team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with both agents and clients.
