A Sales Team Leader is responsible for guiding, motivating, and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and group sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver performance reports to the Sales Manager or Area Manager.
- Keep the team energized through contests, recognition, and morale-boosting activities.
- Address customer issues, team conflicts, or operational roadblocks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
