The Agency Partner role involves driving sales growth, building strong agent relationships, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Attract, recruit, and ensure agents meet company standards.
  • Conduct training and coaching to enhance agents’ skills and performance.
  • Create strategies to achieve sales goals and monitor agent performance.
  • Build loyalty and provide support to help agents grow.
  • Assess market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
