Job Summary: 

We are seeking a high-performing and dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve set revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales goals, training team members, monitoring performance, and driving productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives by setting performance targets and monitoring daily activities.
  • Drive the team to achieve individual and group sales goals consistently.
  • Coach and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate team performance using KPIs and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Support team in handling key client interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve team effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required. (Any Field)
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate
  • Preferred local candidate.
