Creating and carrying out strategic plans to boost revenue growth, increase market presence, and enhance overall sales performance are the responsibilities of the sales growth manager. This position entails managing sales teams, assessing market trends, and spotting important chances to expand corporate results.

Responsibility :

  • Develop and put into action a growth-oriented sales plan for a variety of products or markets.
  • Ascertain which customer categories, markets, and distribution channels have the most room to grow.
  • Work together with sales teams to create and exceed performance goals.
  • To make wise selections, examine consumer information and industry trends.
  • Create and preserve strong bonds with important partners and clients.
  • Take the lead in projects to improve team performance, systems, and sales processes.
  • Work together with the product, operations, and marketing departments to coordinate growth goals.

Qualification :

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • two to four years of experience in business development, growth management, or sales.
  • strong history of increasing revenue and sales.
  • proficiency with data analytics and CRM tools.
  • Outstanding analytical, strategic, and leadership abilities.
