Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain a dynamic network of insurance agents.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for clients and provide ongoing support to agents.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and market trends.
- Organize and conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents’ sales techniques and knowledge.
- Monitor market competition and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve short and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
