Job Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Team Leader to manage a team of sales executives and drive business growth through field sales and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives
Work on company-provided leads and drive team performance
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
Monitor daily activities and provide on-ground support
Develop strong client relationships through the team’s efforts

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience, including team handling (BFSI preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Local candidates preferred
