Job Summary:
We are hiring an energetic and performance-driven Sales Team Leader to guide, support, and drive a team of Sales Executives to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will have leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to improve performance
• Conduct joint fieldwork and client meetings to support team members
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring consistent performance
• Prepare and share sales reports and team updates with management
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalations effectively
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Willingness to travel locally for field support
