Position: Banca Sales Officer

CTC: Up to ₹5.00 LPA

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented professional for Banca Channel Sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling sales through banking partners and driving business through relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through bank branches by maintaining strong relationships with bank staff.
Achieve assigned targets in terms of sales and productivity.
Manage walk-in customers and generate business through referrals.
Provide regular training and support to bank partners.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Life Insurance or BFSI sales (Banca experience preferred).
Graduation is mandatory.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
