Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring target achievement, and developing team capabilities through effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales executives
Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Monitor daily performance and ensure accountability within the team
Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews
Support the team in field activities, client meetings, and closures
Report performance metrics to senior management
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
2–4 years of experience in sales with at least 1 year in team handling
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
Target-driven mindset with excellent execution ability
Prior experience in BFSI, insurance, or financial services preferred
