Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives. You will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth daily sales operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
• Help team members meet individual and team sales targets
• Train new team members and improve existing team skills
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Handle customer escalations and support deal closures
• Track and report sales data to management

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
