Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives. You will be responsible for driving the team to achieve sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and help the team achieve them
- Track team performance and share regular reports with management
- Support the team in client meetings and deal closures when needed
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer interaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
