Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Team Leader – BFSI to manage a team of field sales executives and drive the sales of banking and insurance products. The ideal candidate will be a strong motivator, target-driven, and experienced in BFSI sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of life/health insurance, loans, credit cards, and other BFSI products
- Coach and train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Plan daily field activities and assign sales targets
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets
- Conduct joint field calls and ensure lead conversion
- Submit regular sales and activity reports to the management
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory norms
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 2–4 years in BFSI field sales, with team handling experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Target-driven with a hands-on approach to sales
- Local candidates with good market knowledge are preferred
