Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a sales team, achieve targets, and drive business growth in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
Generate business through field sales and client meetings.
Train and support team members for better performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Track sales performance and submit reports.

Requirements:

Graduate with 2–4 years of sales experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in BFSI, FMCG, or similar sectors preferred.
