Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to drive sales and lead a team of sales executives in Nashik. The role focuses on achieving business targets, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training to enhance skills.
Plan and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to track team performance and market trends.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, or insurance sectors.
Proven experience in team management and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Graduation is mandatory; post-graduation is a plus.
