We seek a Growth Manager to propel the growth of our agency network. This position will center on the recruitment, training, and support of agents to improve their sales performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Enlist and integrate new agents into the agency network Deliver training and guidance to assist. agents in achieving targets Establish and track sales objectives for Adviser.

– Expand market reach and enhance customer engagement.

– Assess agent performance and promote ongoing enhancement Cultivate robust connections with. agents to guarantee business success.

Candidate profile :

– Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing

– Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing

– CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA

– Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

– Location: Candidate must be a locality
