To oversee a group of sales executives, we are seeking a results-oriented Unit Sales Manager. You will be in charge of increasing market reach, controlling team performance, and hitting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee and direct a group of sales professionals.

– Reach monthly and yearly sales targets.

– Develop and uphold client relationships while inspiring and training team members.

– Inform management on sales performance.

– Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance

– Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree preferred

– 2+ years of sales experience

– Strong leadership and communication skills

– Goal-oriented and team-focused
