Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales

Age Requirement: 24–38 years

Job Responsibilities:

Build and manage a team of field sales agents

Guide team members in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products

Ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly sales goals

Onboard new agents and provide regular training sessions

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-sales service

Customer Relationship Management

Cross-Selling and Upselling Ability
