– Develop & execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets

– Drive national sales and marketing across the division

– Identify new product opportunities and lead successful launches

– Build strong engagement and market presence

– Lead, mentor, and grow a large sales & marketing team pan-India

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in sales & marketing

– Proven success in leadership role.

– Strong exposure to strategy, analytics, and P&L ownership

– Excellent leadership, team-building & communication skills
