Job Description

Overview: 
We are seeking a motivated sales team manager responsible for recruiting business associates and advisors, providing them with ongoing training and support to elevate their performance and skillset.

Responsibilities: 
Recruit new business associates and advisors to grow the team.
Plan and deliver training sessions to improve team capabilities.
Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with advisors to offer guidance and monitor progress.
Set monthly targets and income goals for the team.
Work closely with advisors in the field to close insurance deals.
Create strategies to identify and target potential agents effectively.
Mentor and develop agents, fostering their professional growth.

Candidate Profile: 
Must hold a graduation degree in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preference for local candidates.
Age requirement: 21 to 38 years.
Should thrive in a team environment and enjoy mentoring others.
