Job Summary:

Sales Team Manager responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance. Experienced in sales planning, team motivation, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Set sales targets and track performance
• Support the team in closing deals
• Monitor daily sales activities and reports
• Ensure achievement of business goals

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
