Job Description

As a Sales Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, ensuring targets are met, coaching team members, and driving overall sales performance in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Assign sales territories and monitor daily performance
  • Train and support team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
