Location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra
 Job Type: Full-Time

Looking for a goal-oriented Senior Agency Development Manager who can handle field operations, manage agent teams, and generate business through effective leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit and activate agents under the agency model
  • Go on joint sales calls and support deal closures
  • Train agents on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Track and improve sales team productivity
  • Share weekly/monthly performance data with management

Eligibility: 

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • At least 2 years in field sales (preferably in insurance or BFSI)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
