Role Objective:
To create, grow, and sustain a high-performing advisor team that delivers consistent life insurance business while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Deliverables:

• Build a strong pipeline of Life Insurance Advisors

• Activate advisors through structured training and daily guidance

• Drive business via joint calls and field support

• Track advisor productivity, persistency, and conversion ratios

• Ensure ethical selling and regulatory compliance

Candidate Profile:

• Graduated in any discipline

• 2–8 years of Banking, FInance and Insurance

• Proven ability to recruit and manage advisor teams

• Strong planning, execution, and leadership skills
