Job Description

The senior agency development manager will lead and mentor a team of agency development managers and insurance advisors. This role focuses on driving business growth, enhancing team performance, and achieving sales targets within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support agency development managers and advisors.
• Recruit, train, and develop new insurance advisors.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and sales.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, including field sales, is required.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong skills in leadership, mentoring, and client management.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data and monitoring performance.
• Must be a local resident.
