Senior Agency Development Manager – Agency Channel – Life Insurance
We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Agency Development Manager to lead and grow our agency channel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing agency teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving agency growth, profitability, and overall performance.

LOCATION : DURGAPUR 

SALARY PACKAGE :2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA
Responsibilities:
• Analyze agency performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance agent productivity and sales skills.
• Develop and implement incentive plans to motivate and reward top-performing agents.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the agency channel, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
