Job Description: Senior Agency Development Manager

Position Overview: 
To oversee and direct the Agency Channel for our insurance business, we are seeking a  Senior Agency Development Manager with expertise and a strong sense of initiative. The ideal applicant will be in charge of hiring, educating, and overseeing a group of insurance agents.

Key Responsibility 
Assemble, train, and onboard a group of insurance salespeople to make sure they hit or surpass their sales goals.
Make sure the group meets the organization’s sales goals and key performance indicators
Establish and maintain solid bonds with agency partners while making sure they support corporate objectives.
Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction by swiftly addressing any complaints or difficulties raised by customers.

Desired candidate profile:  
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
