Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
- Design and implement advanced training programs.
- Set and manage sales targets; monitor and enhance performance.
- Provide support and resolve issues for agents.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop strategies to improve market presence and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be a local resident.
