Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Agency Development Manager to lead and grow our agency channel.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze agency performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

• Implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance agent productivity and sales skills.

• Develop and implement incentive plans to motivate and reward top-performing agents.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
