Job Summary 
We’re seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager to lead large-scale agency growth initiatives. You’ll manage teams, drive strategic projects, and ensure network excellence.

Responsibilities: 
⦁ Lead strategic development projects for agency network
⦁ Oversee training and development teams
⦁ Set KPIs and measure program effectiveness
⦁ Partner with senior leadership on growth strategy
⦁ Mentor junior development managers
⦁ Ensure all initiatives comply with regulations

Requirements: 
⦁ Senior-level experience in agency development in insurance
⦁ Age Criteria: 21-40
⦁ Must be a Local Candidate
