Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Agency Development Manager (SADM) to drive business growth through the development and management of insurance agents. The role involves recruiting, training, and motivating a team of advisors to generate business and meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment: Identify, screen, and onboard high-potential advisors/agents from local markets
Training & Development: Provide induction, ongoing product training, and sales coaching to improve advisor performance
Business Development: Drive insurance product sales through the agent network to meet individual and team targets
Agent Activation: Ensure regular engagement and activation of agents to maintain consistent business inflow
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with advisors and support them in customer acquisition and service
Field Support: Accompany agents on client calls, support closures, and drive motivation on-ground
Performance Monitoring: Track productivity metrics and take corrective actions as needed
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales processes follow internal and regulatory compliance standards and maintain accurate reporting
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation (any stream)
3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in life insurance or financial services)
Prior experience in team handling / agency development / recruitment is desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally and work in a field-oriented role
Goal-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
