Join us as a Senior Agency Development Manager to manage a team of agents and drive revenue through strong on-ground execution and people development

.
Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Build and manage a team of life insurance agents
  • Conduct field visits and support agents in sales closure
  • Train, coach, and motivate new and existing agents
  • Regularly assess performance and provide feedback
  • Maintain records and update progress reports for leadership

Requirements:

  • Graduation required
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (preferred: insurance or BFSI)
  • Strong team building and leadership qualities
